We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking General Manager who will be responsible for the management and overall responsibility of the site. Supervision, performance management and effective delegation to various staff to ensure an efficient and smooth-running restaurant.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of kitchen & store management
- Communicate and build strong relationships with staff & customers
- Overseeing of stock
- Place & receive orders
- Ensure deliveries are properly checked
- Waste control
- Comply and adhere health & safety standards
- Maintain strict hygiene standards
- Oversee staff & duties
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
- Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Intermediate Excel & word experience
- At least 2/3 years experience in Management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
- Customer oriented approach
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good organisational and time-management skills
