Our client is on the search for a General Manager to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operational management
- Financial management
- Sales and business development
- Production and quality managment
- People management
- Health, safety and compliance
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 –10 years management experience.
Minimum 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven experience managing large operational teams.
Strong financial and commercial management experience.
Experience within the glass manufacturing, glass processing, glazing, aluminium, construction materials, or related industry will be advantageous.
