- Our client is looking for a General Maintenance /Operations Assistant to join their boutique investment firm based in Muizenberg.
- A hands-on role supporting the management team across our property portfolio.
The role
Maintenance
- General maintenance to homes and properties, including painting, plastering, cleaning and repairs.
Company vehicle & card
- Driving, and taking responsibility for, the company vehicle.
- Payments on the company card, and accounting for all expenditure on it.
Other
- Executing general tasks and errands as the management team requires
Requirements
- Drivers License
- Maintenance experience
