- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- CASA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Approximately 15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Significant senior finance leadership experience
- Proven experience within commodity trading, energy, mining, metals, shipping or another working-capital-intensive trading environment
- Extensive treasury and trade finance exposure
- Strong experience with FX, commodity derivatives, hedging and financial risk
- Strong understanding of credit and counterparty risk

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the group financial strategy
- Partner with the CEO, Board and commercial leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Oversee commodity trading P&L, margins, inventory and working capital
- Manage treasury, liquidity and trade-finance structures
- Oversee banking facilities, letters of credit and funding arrangements
- Manage FX, commodity-price, interest-rate, liquidity and counterparty risk
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance
- Lead financial reporting, external audits and tax matters
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
