- Provision of both technical and business process support to the Maintenance and Operations Departments
- Ensure the Effective and Efficient execution of the Work Management Process
- Continuously improve equipment reliability including project planning and delivery of reliability improvement projects
- Conduct technical and process audits around maintenance
- People Management
- Ensure the effective administration of necessary system/s
- Support the overall business management of the Engineering Department
- Compliance with Glencore Ferro Alloys and Eastern Mines Standards and Procedures
