Our Company conducts research and development work on farms in and around the Western Cape. We require a dedicated field worker and driver to assist agronomists in agricultural related tasks on farms.
THE PERSON MUST LIVE CLOSE TO THE OFFICE FOR EXAMPLE FISANTE KRAAL OR SURROUNDING AREAS OF DURBANVILLE TO ENSURE TRANSPORT IS NOT A PROBLEM
This role
This is a hybrid role for someone who is happy to assist with both field trial duties and driving. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with the general work in conducting field trial. • Loading and unloading vehicles. • Performing local deliveries in and around Cape Town. • General warehouse maintenance and upkeep of the premises. • Other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
• Clean criminal record • A valid driver's license (Code 10/C1 preferred for heavier vehicles) and a clean driving record. • Physically fit and healthy and able to handle manual tasks and lifting. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team. • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure. • A minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent. • Ability to interact positively with clients and co-workers. • Own transport to and from work
