- Morning and afternoon training sessions as well as fixture days.
- Availability of all training sessions and matches.
- Coaching and management of their respective teams.
- Working with other hockey coaches.
- Individual and holistic development of students as social and high-level athletes.
The ideal candidate should have
- A minimum of 2 years' coaching experience.
- SAHA or FIH levels.
- A competitive level post matric or coaching experience in a school, university or club environment is preferred.
- A professional Degree in Phys Ed, Sports Science or Sports Administration would be an added advantage.
- An awareness of the nature of the school and willingness to commit to its all-round ethos, co-curricular activities and pastoral approach.
- Any staff member working within a school is required to have a sexual offender's clearance certificate police clearance.
