RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Management of the preparation centre facility by Conducting budget planning and budget management process Implementation of risk management and risk control measures Management of assets and stock control Responsible for the ordering process of coffins and funeral related products from the Factory Implementation of audit processes and guidelines in line with the Group’s audit policies. Ensure the compliance with relevant legislation and reporting of any incidents Management and control of the Fleet Responsible for fixed properties and project management of the facility Ensure all health and safety requirement are met and liaise with the relevant authorities on compliance (OHS) Responsible for Stake holder management Communicate changes and implementation of new initiatives with Funeral Agencies on a regular basis Manage and lead the administration function Responsible for monthly reports Responsible for management and performance management of staff Promoting the image of AVBOB
