Transform the way our client manages their payroll and HR systems by ensuring seamless system configurations and enhancements that drive operational excellence. An established organization with a focus on innovative solutions within the HR and payroll domain is seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst to join their Gauteng-based team. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact business efficiency through technical expertise and strategic support. Duties:
- Gather business requirements, analyse, and document functional specifications
- Identify, recommend, and initiate application enhancement requests
- Configure system functionality for performance and capacity management
- Provide training to stakeholders on system utilization
- Research and evaluate new software functionalities
- Coach, mentor, and support Trainee Functional Analysts and users
- Design test cases and perform testing on system changes
Requirements
- National Diploma in Information Technology or relevant Business qualification (NQF 6)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- At least 5 years of Functional Analyst/support experience within Oracle modules
- Understanding of business and system processes
- Knowledge of relevant Oracle Modules (HRMS, Payroll)
- Business Analysis skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Strong analytical skills

- Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules
- System configuration and testing methodologies
