To be successful, you’ll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to bridge business needs and system functionality.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ~4 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a similar systems support role
- 3-year IT or related qualification and a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst cert
- Experience in requirements documentation, functional analysis, configuration support, software testing, UAT and defect tracking
- Working knowledge of SQL or data querying, system troubleshooting, incident management and integrated business applications
