Job purpose: Is responsible for executing and managing daily operations across all retail stores
Background: The Function Managers focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Own Vehicle and willing to travel
- Previous employment in the fuel industry will be advantageous
- SAP experience will be preferred
- Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement
- Labour relations knowledge and skills
- Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration
