Full Stack Engineer

This role is for engineers who want to see their work matter — internal platforms used by real teams, every single day. But it's more than that. You'll also play a key role in shaping the data architecture of a proprietary AI intelligence platform — something genuinely new, built to solve problems at a scale most engineers never get close to.

If you're a senior engineer with strong data architecture instincts and the intellectual curiosity to grow into something bigger, this is worth your attention. Duties & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Architect and build internal web applications and operational platforms end-to-end — database to UI

• Design and own data structures, schemas, and data models that underpin a cutting-edge AI platform

• Integrate third-party services, SaaS tools, and enterprise systems

• Ship APIs, backend services, and cloud deployments that teams depend on daily

• Collaborate directly with business teams, data engineers, and AI specialists — not just a ticket system

• Own your code in production, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement

• Grow into the architecture of a proprietary AI data platform — you'll be shaped into this, but you need the foundations to get there

WHAT YOU NEED

• 6-8+ years of full stack engineering experience at a senior level

• Strong backend skills in Python or Node.js

• Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or Nuxt

• Proven data architecture experience — you've designed complex data models, schemas, and database structures, not just queried them

• Deep understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL

• Comfortable with REST APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations

• Solid on Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

• You ship production-ready code independently and take ownership of what you build

• The technical depth and intellectual curiosity to be trained into AI platform architecture

NICE TO HAVE

• GCP, AWS, or Azure hands-on experience

• TypeScript and modern UI component libraries

• Infrastructure as Code or containerised environments

• Experience with data pipelines, data warehousing, or AI/ML-adjacent platforms

• Built dashboards or data visualisation tools

• Worked in fast-moving teams where you wore more than one hat
