The Intermediate .NET Software Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, contributing to technical problem-solving, and collaborating within high-performing engineering teams. The role focuses on building robust, scalable applications while applying strong engineering practices across diverse client environments. This position supports innovation, continuous improvement, and the creation of impactful solutions across multiple industries .
Requirements: Essential Skills & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET and related technologies
- Experience with modern software development tools and practices
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Experience/Exposure with React or Angular
- Exposure to a range of front-end and back-end technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: 1: Software Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and solution design
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
2: Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and architects
- Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to collaborative delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
3: Technical Problem Solving & Innovation
- Analyse and resolve technical challenges effectively
- Apply innovative thinking to improve system performance and scalability
- Contribute insights across different industries and problem domains
4: Client Solution Delivery
- Build software solutions tailored to client needs across industries such as hospitality, medical, insurance, banking, and more
- Communicate technical concepts clearly when needed
- Ensure solutions meet functional and quality expectations
