Our client, a prominent fuel and convenience retail group, is seeking an experienced Fuel & Convenience Manager to oversee the operations of a fuel station and convenience store. The role involves managing sales performance, staff supervision, inventory control, and ensuring the effective implementation of operational and administrative systems. Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in retail sales, with a proven track record in a managerial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office and solid knowledge of retail operating systems
