Role Requirements

National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in retail sales, fuel retail, convenience retail or a similar environment.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a retail environment.
Proven track record of managing sales, profitability, stock and operational performance.
Strong understanding of retail operating key performance indicators.
Experience in budgeting, expense control and financial analysis.
Strong stock management, stock reconciliation and shrinkage-control experience.
Experience managing cash controls and reconciliations.
Strong understanding of customer service and retail operations.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse operational and financial information and make sound decisions.
Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound pragmatic judgement.
High level of accountability, integrity and self-awareness.
Achievement-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally demanding retail environment.
