Detail: Description: Managing front-of-house and welcoming clients Handling customer queries and bookings Coordinating appointments and daily schedules Assisting with social media content and marketing campaigns Maintaining brand presence across digital platforms General administrative support Building and maintaining strong client relationships Assisting with promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives Requirements: Previous experience in front-of-house, reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles Experience in marketing, social media management, or brand promotion Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous) Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, and social media platforms) Professional, confident, and mature approach to client interaction Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable transport will be advantageous Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
