Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Ensure the smooth and professional running of day to day operations
- Daily management of shift staff
- Management of daily cash ups
- Open or closing of shop
- Stock Control and ordering of Bar and kitchen requirements
- Maintain consistency in food and beverage products
- Assist Training of new staff
- Assist in disciplinary measures if required
- Keep meticulous record of monetary movement in the floats/cash up sheets/petty cash
- Maintain all personal records of employees are kept securely
Requirements
- At least 1 year managing a bar/restaurant or club environment
- Flexible working hours & nighttime or weekend work
- References for previous work in similar role
