This is a STAY-IN POSITION, ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, guest service and hotel operations. REQUIREMENTS
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Nights Bridge is essential.
Previous experience in Front Desk and Reservations within a 4 star hotel
Excellent knowledge of reservations, bookings, amendments and cancellations.
Strong computer and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Professional, friendly and well-presented.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of hotel check-in and check-out procedures.
Experience with OTA platforms and managing online reservations will be an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily reservations and enquiries.
Process bookings through Nights Bridge and other booking channels.
Handle check-ins and check-outs professionally.
Communicate with guests regarding bookings, payments and special requests.
Manage room availability and assist with maximizing occupancy.
Maintain accurate guest and reservation records.
Handle telephone, email and online enquiries.
Assist with general Front Desk operations.
Provide exceptional guest service throughout the guest's stay.
