What we are looking for
- Demonstrable fraud-investigation experience within banking, fintech, payments or regulated financial services.
- Experience investigating card, payment, account-compromise or APP fraud is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Sound risk judgement and decision-making capability.
- Excellent case-documentation and escalation discipline.
- Strong customer-protection mindset.
- UK or international financial-services experience is advantageous.
- Relevant South African financial-services fraud experience will also be considered.
- High B2/C1 English proficiency.
- Cape Town based or able to work from a Cape Town operation.
