- Conduct regular in-store visits, providing hands-on operational support to Franchise Partners and store teams
- Lead monthly operational reviews, focusing on performance, execution gaps and action plans
- Complete and submit monthly SOP compliance checklists
- Drive improvements across treatments, retail sales, customer service and daily operating procedures
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring compliance with product, treatment, operational, training, marketing and salon standards
- Identify training requirements and coordinate interventions with the relevant training department
- Work with Franchise Partners to develop and track budgets, targets and store-specific action plans
- Analyse financial performance, including turnover, margins, expenses and productivity, to identify opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Matric
Good knowledge of the Health and Beauty industry
- Strong retail experience , preferably within a multi-site environment
- Financial and computer literacy
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to independently manage and oversee multiple salons
- Fanatical attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to travel extensively within the allocated region
- Excellent communication, organisational, operational and people skills
