Role Overview
The Franchise Operations Coordinator provides daytoday operational support to franchise owners from our Head Office. Youll assist stores with processes, standards, troubleshooting, training coordination, and performance monitoring ensuring every branch delivers the quality Crisp & Clean is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Support Assist franchisees via WhatsApp, phone, email and scheduled online checkins. - Operational Guidance Help stores follow SOPs, workflows, service standards and customercare protocols. - Performance Monitoring Track store performance, identify gaps, and support improvements. - Training Coordination Arrange training sessions, onboarding schedules and operational workshops. - Problem Solving Assist stores with equipment queries, workflow issues and customer escalations. - Reporting Provide structured feedback to management on store needs and trends.

What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills - Experience in operations, retail, hospitality or franchise environments - English and Afrikaans speaking - Confident problemsolver with good organisational skills - Comfortable managing multiple stores remotely - Techsavvy (WhatsApp, email, basic reporting tools) - Officebased availability at our Constantia Park facility
