What you'll do
- Control the franchise funding pipeline by hunting and closing opportunities that drive rapid growth of the Business Bank's franchise portfolio.
- Put together end-to-end funding applications for franchise clients, from first discussion through to approval.
- Assess the commercial and financial strength of franchise businesses and ownership changes.
- Work closely with franchisors, franchisees and our internal teams to gather, verify and analyse information.
- Use established benchmarks and tools to ensure deals are consistent, practical and well-motivated.
- Prepare clear credit proposals and communicate outcomes and conditions to clients.
- Keep a close eye on quality, turnaround times and client experience throughout the process.
