Fragrant Oil Assistant /Retail Assistant
Location: Kramerville
Job Type: Full-time, office hours – NO WEEKEND WORK
Are you passionate about the power of scent? Do you have an eye for aesthetics and a knack for customer service?
We are looking for a Retail Assistant who understands that buying fragrance oils and packaging is a sensory experience. You won’t just be selling products; you will be guiding customers through the art of scent selection and helping them create the perfect presentation for their creations.
What You’ll Do
- Consult & Curate: Assist clients in exploring our library of fragrant oils, helping them identify notes they love and blending recommendations.
- Package with Care: Help customers select the perfect bottles, vials, and boxes to elevate their final product.
- Educate: Share your knowledge on oil profiles, usage, and the importance of quality packaging.
- Maintain the Vibe: Keep the store organized, visually appealing, and smelling fantastic.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A keen sense of smell and an interest in aromatherapy or perfumery.
- Attention to detail (crucial for packaging and labeling!).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a passion for the product is essential.
