Exp in NPD/QC/fragrance/cosmetic laboratory. Familiarity with industry regulations/safety standards/BOP in fragrance/sensory evaluation beneficial. Must have organisational/time mngt skills/attention to detail/accuracy in record-keeping/sample handling/document findings clearly/prepare reports/communicate insights to cross-functional teams concisely/professionally. Must be able to work in a hybrid setup/display reliability/self-discipline/effective collaboration on-site/remotely. Full-time position in Pretoria/flexibility for store visits from time to time/will assess/evaluate fragrances for consumer products/ensuring that scent profiles align with brand requirements/market trends/regulatory standards. Must participate in sensory panels/maintain fragrance libraries/document assessments/provide feedback to product development/marketing teams/collaborate with Perfumers/QA/R & D to refine formulations/support product testing/contribute to presentations/reports.
