Build the Engine Behind Strategic Decision-Making

At Mukuru, finance is not a reporting function — it is a strategic partner to growth.

We are looking for a high-impact FP&A Manager to serve as the 2IC to the Head of FP&A and help shape the financial planning, reporting, and systems backbone of a fast-scaling, multi-market FinTech business.

This role sits at the centre of strategic insight, commercial decision-making, and finance transformation. You will drive reporting excellence, optimise planning systems, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with senior leaders across the Group.

If you are commercially sharp, systems-minded, and passionate about building scalable finance processes, this is your opportunity to operate at executive level while leading meaningful transformation.

The Role

The FP&A Manager supports the end-to-end financial planning and reporting lifecycle — from weekly trading packs to board-level reporting — while enhancing systems, processes, and team capability.

You will combine analytical depth with operational execution and leadership discipline, ensuring finance delivers clarity, accuracy and strategic value.

Manage and develop the FP&A Analyst

Set clear objectives and maintain high output standards

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

Strategic & Commercial Projects

Support business cases, scenario modelling and ad-hoc strategic analysis
