- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and provide commentary on business performance
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes
- Analyse key business drivers, trends and KPI performance
- Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Assist with financial planning and scenario analysis
- Support cost optimisation and business improvement initiatives
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years' of experience within FP&A, Financial Analysis, Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Financial modelling experience advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
- BCom Accounting, Finance or related degree
