Job description
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary
- Analyse financial and operational performance trends
- Monitor key business drivers and performance indicators
- Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
- Assist with long-term financial planning initiatives
- Prepare board and executive-level reporting packs
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and reporting processes
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis or Commercial Finance experience
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
Qualification
- BCom Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree
- CIMA studies or qualification advantageous
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles advantageous
