We are not looking for someone to simply write code. We are looking for a technical partner who wants to build something genuinely different. Execute is intended to become the AI operating system for professionals who manage complex work, starting with construction and expanding into industries where information, communication and decision-making are fragmented.

About the Role

This is not a typical software development role.

You will work directly with the founder to design and build Execute from concept through to commercial launch.

You will help define the technical architecture, AI workflows, user experience and future product roadmap.

The successful candidate will have significant influence over both the technology stack and product direction.

Responsibilities

You will

• Design the overall platform architecture.

• Build the web application and future mobile application.

• Develop AI-powered workflows using Large Language Models.

• Build secure user authentication and permissions.

• Develop integrations with Outlook, Microsoft 365, Dropbox and cloud storage platforms.

• Design project memory and AI knowledge architecture.

• Build multi-agent AI workflows.

• Develop dashboards and executive reporting interfaces.

• Build APIs and backend services.

• Optimise AI performance, speed and cost.

• Ensure enterprise-grade security and scalability.

• Work closely with the founder to continually refine the product.

Construction industry experience is not essential. A willingness to learn the workflows and commercial realities of project delivery is.
