Duties & Responsibilities

The role

We're looking for a graduate to join the team and work between the discovery side and the build side. Some days you'll be in a workshop with a client's finance team, mapping how a process actually runs. Other days you'll be configuring an agent, writing code or testing a build with our developers.

The work covers everything from simple agents in Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot through to custom agents and full software development projects. You'll get exposure to both from early on.

What you'll do

• Join discovery sessions with client teams, map their processes and help spot where AI can help

• Write up use cases, process maps and simple business cases

• Help run AI training and fluency sessions for client staff

• Build and configure agents in Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot

• Work with our developers on custom agents, integrations and software builds, including prototyping and testing

• Support rollouts: onboarding users, writing guides, gathering feedback and making improvements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Who we're looking for

• A degree, or at least a year or two of university studies, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a commerce degree with a strong technical side

• You can code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar, and you're comfortable with APIs and data

• You use AI tools a lot and have built something with them, even if it's a side project

• You're great with people and just as comfortable talking to a CFO as to a warehouse supervisor

• You understand how a business makes money and what keeps its managers up at night

• High energy, curious, and quick to pick up new things

• You write and explain things clearly
