Duties & Responsibilities
Location
High-volume Forex branch Purpose of the Role
To provide immediate operational support within the branch's Foreign Exchange and Telling functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Forex transactions, handling cash-related activities, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with all banking policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
• Process Forex transactions accurately and efficiently. • Facilitate foreign currency purchases and sales in line with regulatory requirements. • Provide cash handling and teller services to customers. • Ensure compliance with exchange control regulations and internal banking procedures. • Balance cash and Forex transactions daily. • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally. • Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation. • Support branch operations as required. Minimum Requirements Essential
• Previous experience as a Forex Cash Advisor , Forex Consultant, or similar role. • Forex experience is mandatory. • Proven experience in a Telling/Cash Handling environment. • Strong understanding of Forex products, processes, and compliance requirements. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong numerical and reconciliation skills. • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills. Preferred
• Previous banking experience. • Knowledge of exchange control regulations and branch operational procedures. • Relevant banking or finance-related qualification. Competencies

As this is a high Forex volume branch , the successful candidate must be able to assume responsibilities immediately and effectively manage Forex transactions with minimal training and supervision.
