Foreman Production

Manage the achievement of production delivery targets by developing plant production plans, overseeing implementation, identifying and resolving issues, and monitoring output to ensure targets are met. Ensure product quality by enforcing compliance with quality standards, overseeing testing and analysis, and identifying and resolving quality-related issues during production. Oversee start-up and shut-down processes by defining detailed plans, coordinating execution, and ensuring a timely and efficient return to operations. Optimise production efficiency and minimise waste by identifying improvement opportunities, developing actionable recommendations, and implementing solutions as needed. Monitor actual expenditure by analyzing financial reports, identifying anomalies or areas of concern, and executing timely corrective actions. Ensure effective implementation of SHE by delivering comprehensive training, completing training programs, and addressing any identified gaps or non-compliance. Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating regular communication, exchanging feedback, and supporting collaboration. Manage workforce resourcing by aligning staffing levels with work demands and assigning resources to meet operational goals. Supervise staff performance by setting clear expectations, tracking work output, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues through corrective actions. Monitor the implementation of unit business processes by monitoring compliance, identifying process anomalies, and executing corrective actions as required.
