- Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Forecourt Attendee to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to every customer who visits our station.
Minimum Requirements
- Min Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
- Previous experience in a fuel attendant or a similar role is preferred
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Good timekeeping and able to work shifts
- Hard working and eager to assist by nature
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them at all times
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
- Check and maintain vehicle fluid levels and tire pressure.
- Refuel vehicles safely and accurately.
- Clean windshields, forecourt areas, restrooms, and equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts.
- Stock shelves with oils, coolants, and other forecourt products.
- Maintain safety standards and report any hazards or shortages.
- Assist with fuel tank dips and vehicle issues e.g., non-starting vehicles.
- Activate loyalty and credit programs correctly.
