Must have valid driver's license and own reliable vehicl e Detail: Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust food safety management systems, policies, and standard operating procedures. Lead preparation for and manage external audits, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards. Maintain HACCP principles and leverage direct experience with FSSC 22000 (specifically Intertek standards) to uphold high-quality control. Oversee and conduct lab testing, sample analysis, and quality verification processes. Perform regular internal audits, risk assessments, and staff training to ensure continuous alignment with safety regulations. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience in the food manufacturing or food processing industry. Proven experience with HACCP implementation and management. Explicit experience with Intertek / FSSC 22000 frameworks. Strong background in food safety management systems and lab testing methodologies.
