Detail: Purpose of the Role: To lead and coordinate the Food & Beverage operation, ensuring smooth daily service, strong team performance, excellent guest experiences and effective operational control. A great opportunity for a hands-on F&B professional who enjoys a dynamic hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation Leading, motivating and developing the F&B team Ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest satisfaction Overseeing restaurant service, staff scheduling and operational requirements Monitoring stock control, ordering, wastage and cost management Managing F&B budgets and contributing to achieving revenue and profitability targets Handling guest feedback and resolving service-related issues professionally Working closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service Training staff and maintaining service standards and procedures Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene requirements Criteria: Previous experience as an F&B Manager or senior F&B management role Hospitality experience within a quality hotel, lodge, restaurant, wine estate or similar environment Strong operational and people-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confident in managing a busy, high-pressure service environment Strong understanding of F&B cost control, stock management and service standards Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach Ability to lead by example and build a motivated team Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required High level of computer literacy and hospitality operating systems Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English show more...
