Control Processes on COS to achieve monthly budgets. Ensure daily sales balance to income statements. Verify that Quality of Hygiene Standards, food quality according to Company standards in the business unit is checked daily. Monitor the appropriate needs and ensure that on the job training is done by the relevant people. Verify that all HR processes are managed. Verify accuracy of supplier Invoices & data from stock system. Handover, reports & control documents.
