This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-value FMCG accounts within a dynamic logistics environment, taking ownership of commercial performance, contract management, budgeting, and client relationships. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive efficiency, deliver against KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and create long-term value for both the client and the business. Detail: REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 / Matric qualification Practical experience with advanced budgeting and ABC costing Relevant tertiary qualification or degree Between 5 and 10 years' experience in operations, logistics, or a related field Strong understanding of supply chain operations and processes Demonstrated ability to manage changing business requirements and priorities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong leadership, relationship-building, and people management skills Ability and willingness to travel when required Valid own transport is essential DUTIES Lead the annual review and renewal of client contracts, ensuring all requirements are addressed. Prepare, manage, and regularly review budgets tailored to individual client requirements. Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the Consumer business. Build and maintain effective client relationships while ensuring agreed service levels are met. Plan and facilitate regular monthly performance meetings and client reviews. Ensure operational costs remain aligned with established cost-to-serve models. Assist with the implementation and integration of newly acquired client accounts. Review and authorise monthly invoices in accordance with contractual agreements. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including P&L results, against agreed KPIs and targets. Work collaboratively with clients to identify and deliver opportunities for joint value creation. Oversee contract amendments, financial adjustments, and reconciliation or true-up activities. Evaluate, review, and negotiate contractual terms with existing and prospective clients. Identify potential new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition and growth.
