Start free — we apply for you →RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced FLOOR SALES & CUSTOMER LIAISON MANAGER for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the Southern Drakensberg area.
REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (or equivalent). Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Sales, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet) (intermediate to advanced MS Word / Excel skills). Working experience with POS/retail systems. 3yrs+ experience in retail sales, customer service, supervisory / management position. Strong sales and customer relationship management skills. Good knowledge of retail operations and sales processes. Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail sales floor. Drive sales performance and ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Ensure the sales floor is well presented, fully stocked, clean, and aligned with company standards. Manage customer enquiries and sales. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Ensure promotional campaigns and special offers are effectively implemented on the sales floor. Willing to work shifts and public holidays. Person must be willing to relocate if necessary.
