Core Criteria
• Matric or equivalent • 3 years' experience in retail sales, customer service, or a supervisory role • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills • Good understanding of retail operations and sales processes • Computer literacy, including POS/retail systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Core Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail sales floor • Drive sales performance against monthly and annual targets • Ensure the floor is well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards • Act as first point of escalation for customer complaints and queries • Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and returns • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends • Implement promotional campaigns effectively • Promote professionalism, accountability, and team performance • Address conduct and performance issues in line with company policy On Offer:
