We’re looking for an entry-level leader for my clients Gateway store to oversee daily floor activities, ensuring smooth operations and great customer service. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving excellent customer experiences
- Support the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and service delivery
- Ensure floor standards, displays, and stock levels are maintained
- Step into a supervisory role during peak trading times
- Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain visual merchandising
Minimum Requirements
- Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure
- A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
- Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about customer service
- Matric
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
