We're looking for an entry-level leader for my clients Canal Walk store to oversee daily floor activities, ensuring smooth operations and great customer service. Detail: Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Lead by example on the sales floor, driving excellent customer experiences Support the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and service delivery Ensure floor standards, displays, and stock levels are maintained Step into a supervisory role during peak trading times Assist with training and onboarding of new staff Maintain visual merchandising Minimum Requirements: Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions Enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about customer service Matric Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Please note only shortlisted candidates will be shortlisted. show more...
