- The Floor Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth flow of goods within the depot, assisting customers and colleagues, and maintaining stock presentation and store hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Previous experience in a depot or retail environment will be an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist customers with loading and product information
- Receive, move, and pack stock accurately and safely
- Ensure stock is correctly displayed and replenished
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the depot floor
- Support general operational and housekeeping duties
