Flemish-Speaking Customer Care Agent

Introduction

We are looking for friendly, customer-focused   Flemish-speaking Customer Care Agents   to join our customer support team, assisting customers across Europe.

This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Flemish and enjoy helping people.   Previous customer-service experience is advantageous but not essential , making this an excellent opportunity for students, graduates, international candidates, and individuals looking to start or develop their customer-service career.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries professionally via   telephone and email .

• Assist customers with enquiries relating to   electronic goods and products .

• Provide accurate, friendly and efficient customer support.

• Identify customer needs and resolve queries effectively.

• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Meet individual and team   KPIs and quality targets .

• Accurately record customer interactions and relevant information on internal systems.

• Escalate complex issues where required.

• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Flemish language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

• Native Flemish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Strong B2 Flemish speakers may be considered and may receive additional language support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-focused, friendly and professional approach.

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.

• Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Reliable and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and Sundays.

Package & Remuneration

• R20,000–R24,000 CTC per month.

• KPI-based incentives.

• Sunday pay applicable.
