• Grade 12 / Matric essential • Diploma/Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain advantageous • 35 years fleet or logistics control experience • FMCG or high-volume distribution experience preferred • Strong Excel and computer skills • Experience with fleet management systems/GPS tracking • Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle schedules, routes and deliveries
- Monitor fleet movements, GPS and vehicle performance
- Manage fuel usage, maintenance, repairs and compliance
- Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
- Coordinate and support drivers
- Monitor costs, identify efficiencies and reduce downtime
- Liaise with warehouse, dispatch and sales teams
