This critical role combines high-level security command with line-haul logistics oversight from our central fleet station. Main purpose will be to oversee the secure dispatch and real-time tracking of bulk cargo vehicles, utilizing advanced security technology and integrated systems to protect assets, mitigate risks, and maximize operational throughput. Minimum Requirements Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- Valid PSIRA Grade A/B Registration (mandatory).
- Control Room Certification will be advantageous.
• Security Risk Management qualifications will be advantageous. Experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in:
- Security Control Rooms.
- Fleet Tracking and Monitoring.
- Line-haul Logistics Operations.
- Bulk Cargo Dispatch Environments.
• Security Incident & Response Management. Technical Requirements Proven operational experience with:
- CiiMS.
- IRIS.
- Crystal.
- HikCentral.
- Avigilon.
- CCTV and Surveillance Systems.
- GPS Vehicle Tracking Systems.
• Microsoft Office. Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- High attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
