Financial Supervisor

A well-established product-based organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join its finance team in Boksburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and experience within a manufacturing or retail environment. The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing the finance function, leading a team, and ensuring the business maintains high standards of financial control and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational finance with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day finance function and supervise the finance team. • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations. • Ensure accurate financial reporting and effective financial controls. • Manage VAT compliance and SARS submissions. • Oversee tax-related processes and ensure statutory compliance. • Support the business with financial management and operational finance activities. • Ensure financial processes align with organisational and regulatory requirements. Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA), BCom, CIMA or relevant Finance Degree. • SAICA or SAIPA articles completed. • Minimum of 3 years' post-articles experience. • Previous management or team leadership experience is essential. • Experience within a manufacturing or retail environment, preferably in a product-based business. • Strong tax knowledge with hands-on experience in VAT compliance and SARS submissions. • Mandarin language skills are essential If you are an experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a background in product-based industries, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
