Client Services
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and assist with client service delivery.
- Liaise with product providers and assist Financial Planning Partners with client queries.
- Implement administrative processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Support complaint resolution processes where required.
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive service.
Operations & Administration
- Collect and prepare client information, fact finds, and documentation for client engagements.
- Manage client onboarding processes including FICA and AML compliance checks.
- Process new business applications and client transfers.
- Monitor underwriting and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation before submission.
- Track and manage commissions and fee payments from product providers.
Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Capture client demographic and financial data.
- Upload and manage all documentation within the client management system.
- Prepare client portfolio reports and consolidated reports for reviews.
- Maintain diary systems and manage client review schedules.
Portfolio & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to Portfolio Managers and Client Relationship Managers.
- Ensure mandates and applications are correctly prepared and submitted.
- Monitor tasks and workflows through the CRM system.
Marketing & Client Engagement
- Assist with the organization and coordination of client events.
- Support communication with clients in line with the client management plan.
- Assist with RSVP management and event coordination.
Office Support
• Assist with general office administration. • Manage meeting room bookings, stationery orders, and office supplies. • Support general practice operations where required. Requirements • 2–3 years' experience in the financial services industry advantageous. • Experience supporting financial planners or wealth advisors preferred.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification or financial services courses advantageous.
Knowledge
• Understanding of financial planning practices • Knowledge of FAIS and FICA legislation Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills
