A leading international consumer electronics organisation is seeking a driven and analytical Korean speaking Financial Planning Analyst to join its Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting and providing insights to support strategic business decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports for subsidiary and consolidated results.
- Prepare monthly CEO reporting for regional headquarters.
- Assist with annual planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Report financial and profitability results to key stakeholders.
- Participate in Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings.
- Analyse divisional profitability by product/model.
- Monitor and analyse economic trends and business conditions.
- Analyse economic outlooks and exchange-rate forecasts for reporting to headquarters.
- Manage month-end closing processes.
- Perform cost accounting and related financial analysis.
- Provide meaningful financial insights to management and senior stakeholders.
- Identify trends, variances and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- BCom Accounting degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
- 2–5 years' relevant experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG or a similar fast-moving commercial environment.
- Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience interacting with senior management, Strategic teams and EXCO.
- FMCG experience of 3+ years would be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
