Join a well-established multinational business renowned for operational excellence and continuous innovation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will become a trusted finance business partner, responsible for driving the budgeting and forecasting process, delivering meaningful commercial insights, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance. This is not a traditional reporting role. The successful candidate will be expected to challenge the numbers, influence decision-making, streamline financial processes, and provide strategic support to the executive team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Deliver financial modelling, variance analysis and commercial insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive management reports and performance dashboards.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Support the CFO with strategic finance initiatives and ad hoc commercial projects.

Job Experience and Skills Required: Education:

• CA(SA); or • CIMA Qualified (BCom Honours completed prior to commencing CIMA). Experience:

• 25 years' Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance or Management Accounting experience. • Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts and financial planning. • Multinational or large corporate exposure will be highly advantageous. • Experience within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Distribution or similar industries is preferred. Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Non-negotiable). • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills. • Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, TM1, Anaplan or similar ERP/FP&A systems will be advantageous. • High-energy, self-driven individual with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
