A respected and growing investment business is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Operations Administrator to join its Operations team Duties & Responsibilities

Company and Job Description: This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations professional to gain exposure across investment administration, reconciliations, transaction processing, regulatory reporting, and operational support within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and capturing of trade instructions.

• Support daily bulk operational processing.

• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

• Assist with investment and account reconciliation processes.

• Assist with the preparation of adviser, administration, and tax payment batches.

• Support client withdrawal and premium processing.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• 2-3 years' experience within the investment or financial services industry.

• Degree in Finance, Business, Investment Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a LISP environment .

• Exposure to investment administration and financial operations.
