Financial Manager/Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the finance function and provide strategic financial direction across the business.
• Partner with senior leadership to support commercial decision-making and long-term planning.

• Provide meaningful financial insights to support business performance and profitability.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor business performance against budgets and strategic objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and management reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance operational and financial performance.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Drive effective cash flow planning and treasury management.
• Monitor working capital requirements and optimise cash utilisation.
• Support business operations through proactive financial management and planning.

Risk Management, Controls & Compliance

• Strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain finance policies, procedures, and best-practice controls.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.

Audit & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead internal and external audit processes.
